Refund Policy

Effective date: May 26, 2026

AniTime subscriptions may renew automatically only after you expressly agree to the recurring charge shown at checkout.

We send confirmation information after subscription activation and renewal reminders before recurring charges, where required or available.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel an active subscription from your account subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically reverse charges already completed.

2. Refund Requests

If you believe a charge is incorrect, duplicated, unauthorized, or otherwise eligible for a refund under applicable law, contact feedback@anitime.video with your account email and transaction details. We will review the request and reply with the available resolution.

3. Platform Purchases

Purchases completed through an app store or external payment platform may be governed by that provider's refund process and timelines.
