AniTime Terms of Use

These AniTime Terms of Use (the "Terms") apply to any use by users ("users" or "you") of "AniTime" and related services provided by Novel World Technology Limited (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") through the web version of the Service, including desktop browsers and mobile browsers (collectively, "AniTime"). By using AniTime, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

This Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. Children under 13 may not use this Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use this Service only with the consent and supervision of your parent or legal guardian.

1. Account Information

(1) The web version of this Service may provide guest access and may also provide account-related functions such as email login, Google login, membership, or subscription features. If you clear browser data, delete cookies, change browsers, or change devices, some data such as favorites, login status, and viewing history may not be restored or may become unavailable, especially when using a guest session. You acknowledge and agree to this.

(2) We do not guarantee that this Service will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or smoothly on any device, browser, region, or network environment, nor do we guarantee that this Service will remain available permanently.

  • Any act that places an excessive burden on AniTime's servers or interferes with AniTime's operation.
  • Any act of reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from this Service.
  • Any act of accessing this Service through automated scripts, including crawlers.
  • Any act of bypassing login, payment, regional, or other access control measures of the Service.
  • Any act that the Company reasonably believes to be improper, unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or likely to harm this Service, other users, or any third party.
  • Any other act similar to the foregoing.

4. Measures Taken by the Company

If the Company determines that a user has violated these Terms, the Company may, without prior notice, take any measures it deems appropriate, including restricting, suspending, or terminating the user's access to this Service, deleting or resetting local or server-side data related to this Service, canceling related entitlements where necessary, or taking any other necessary action.

5. Disclaimer

This Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company makes no express or implied warranties of any kind. The Company may stop or suspend the provision of this Service at any time for any reason without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages suffered by users, including damages arising from: use of or inability to use AniTime; violations of these Terms by the user or any other user; or measures taken by the Company under the foregoing provisions. In addition, the Company shall not be responsible for any disputes regarding communication charges, payment service charges, or network charges incurred in connection with the use of AniTime.

6. Changes to and Termination of the Service

The Company may, at its sole discretion, change, suspend, or terminate all or part of this Service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any loss resulting therefrom.

7. Changes to These Terms

The Company may modify these Terms and will post the updated Terms and their effective date within this Service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of AniTime after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent permitted by applicable law, such provision shall be construed and enforced to the minimum extent necessary to achieve its original purpose.

Without the Company's prior written consent, you may not assign, transfer, pledge, or otherwise dispose of your status, rights, or obligations under these Terms to any third party. In addition, if the Company transfers all or part of its business relating to AniTime to another company, the Company may transfer to such company its status, rights, and obligations under these Terms, together with user data related to this Service and related rights and obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any and all disputes or issues arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of AniTime shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. The English version of these Terms shall control.
